RENTAL DETAILS
Leases are available on flexible terms, either on a conventional leasing
structure, or on a Managed basis.
The annual rental is payable quarterly in advance, and is exclusive of
VAT.
The building service charge is divided into three sections:
- Building: covering building structure and exterior, including external
window cleaning and linked services common to all tenants
- Internal Common Parts & Services: Maintenance of areas common
to all tenants.
- Office Areas: Maintenance of building services which are exclusive
to office tenants.
Quotations for an inclusive Managed solution can be
provided on request.
The rental excludes:
- Business Rates.
- Utility bills (pro rata share of water and electricity, and separate
telecoms.
- Cleaning of office suite (although cleaning services available).
- Data and voice contract and any new connection charge which may be
levied (cabling supplied to suites – details on request).
